How do manufacturers or importers use the A-Tick?

They need to take these steps:

·          Have the equipment tested against mandated technical standards set
by the ACA.
 ·          Register with the ACA to use the A-Tick mark.

 ·          Sign the Declaration of Conformity Form and keep this with the

product’s compliance records.
·          Label the telecommunications product or equipment with the A-Tick
mark.
 ·          Sell the product to consumers.
